- Leading and mentoring big data teams
- Engage and coordinate with client’s teams in order to facilitate projects development, delivery, and support
- Well big data knowledge/experience using big data tools and techniques of the following technologies:
- Hive/Kudu
- Impala SQL
- Spark
- Kafka/Spark Streaming
- Solr
- Informatica
- Good understanding and experience in data management domain:
- Data Lake
- EDW
- BI
- Data Integration (ELT/ETL)
- Logical Data Fabric (EDW Modeling) (Plus)
- Understanding business problems to ensure projects are leveraging the appropriate technology and analytical tools in the delivery of a comprehensive solution
- Understand the business goals/needs while utilizing big data technology to ingest and analyze large amounts of data
Qualifications
- MUST Bachelor or Master’s Degree with an emphasis on Computer Science or Engineering
- MUST Min. IT work experience:10 Years
- MUST Min. Data Management work experience: 5 Years
- MUST Min. 3 years of Experience developing solutions on Hadoop components
- Ability to think outside the box and understand the big picture thought process
- Ability to communicate clearly to business owners
- Data Mining/Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence experience a plus
