Responsibilities
- The Senior Java Developer generates websites and builds applications with cross-platform compatibility.
- The Senior Java Developer collaborates with other developers and designers to create, design and maintain data architectures and systems.
- Repairs and enhances existing websites.
- The Senior Java Developer adheres to expected coding quality standards.
- Debugs and improves development and production issues across multiple services.
- Works on a mix of business process automation and system integration to improve the services provided to stakeholders.
- The Senior Java Developer works closely with internal stakeholders, extracts and clarifies requirements and have the autonomy to direct strategy, methodology and technology selection to deliver those requirements.
- Collaborates with the product team and stakeholders for the requirements gathering, system design and work verification.
Qualifications
- A record of successful delivery of software applications as a Senior Java Developer.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Java-J2EE Development.
- Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Web services, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
- Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) and the J2EE framework and data architectures.
- Experience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems.
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
- High command of verbal and written English
