We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Process Engineer to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and drive innovation through the Stage-Gate process . You’ll ensure new products are production-ready, collaborating with teams across R&D, Manufacturing, and Procurement to tackle challenges and bring ideas to life.
You will report directly to the NPI Engineering Manager and work out of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Wilmington, OH.

You’ll ensure new products are production-ready, collaborating with teams across R&D, Manufacturing, and Procurement to tackle challenges and bring ideas to life.
You will report directly to the NPI Engineering Manager and work out of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Wilmington, OH.
Your Role
- Lead NPI projects from production trials to full-scale launches.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure designs are ready for scalable, efficient manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term improvements.
- Manage tooling development and oversee production scale-up.
- Optimize processes to reduce costs and improve quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field).
- 5-7 years experience in engineering or product development.
- Experience in polymer manufacturing processes (HDPE, PVC, or similar thermoplastic extrusion) strongly preferred.
- Expertise in process optimization, development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage and execute projects while meeting key deliverables on time.
- Effective communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
- Proven ability to solve problems utilizing standardized tools while driving sustainable improvements.
- Up to 10% travel to support other manufacturing sites.
