Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership to a team of project managers, supporting their development and ensuring consistent delivery practices.
• Build detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies, in partnership with functional stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of project execution to ensure milestones, deliverables, and quality expectations are met.
• Identify bottlenecks early and proactively manage risks and escalations.
• Strengthen collaboration across R&D, QA, Regulatory, Operations, and Production to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment.
• Enhance internal PM processes by implementing tools, workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Uphold compliance with cGMP, FDA, and internal quality systems throughout every project phase.
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, performance feedback, and team planning.
• Communicate frequently with internal partners and leadership teams regarding project health, resources, and priorities.
• Support the organization's goal to scale efficiently while maintaining best‑in‑class quality and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in nutraceuticals, pharmaceutical, consumer health, or regulated manufacturing
• Demonstrated success managing and delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing or mentoring PMs
• PMP certification required
• Solid understanding of PM methodologies, Gantt scheduling, and workflow tools
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to remain adaptable in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities
• Experience working within cGMP and FDA‑regulated environments preferred

Salary range: $110,000-$120,000 per year (based on experience).
