We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects from planning to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment between business and technical goals, manage project teams, budgets, and risks, and deliver results that meet quality and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.

• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources efficiently.

• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication of progress and risks.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project management methodologies.

• Oversee change management in scope, schedule, or cost while maintaining project integrity.

• Foster continuous improvement and implement best practices.

• Mentor and support junior project managers and coordinators.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a must.

• 7–10 years in project management with proven success leading large, complex projects.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall/PRINCE2 methodologies, and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).

• Strategic leadership, stakeholder and team management, risk and budget control, change management, and quality assurance.

• Very good command of English.
