Major Responsibilities
- Set priorities and execution plans for cross-functional growth projects with supervisors and business unit leaders.
- Manage workstreams on key projects to deliver timely, high-quality outputs across teams
- Guide project teams, delegate tasks, balance development needs, and serve as the main point of contact
- Identify risks and issues; propose solutions and manage risks to protect project outcomes.
- Produce high-impact deliverables and presentations that meet executive standards
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the NBA, WNBA, G League, 2k to define and drive strategic priorities
- BA/BS degree or relevant professional experience preferred
- 2+ years of professional experience, preferably at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank or corporate strategy in media/entertainment
- Outstanding quantitative, financial, research, modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Sports, Entertainment, Media and Technology industries preferred
- Ability to communicate with senior executives both inside and outside the organization
- Ability to recognize patterns and spot issues
- Proactive, self-starter who can work independently within set objectives
- Experience working and multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
