Buyouts and Growth Equity Team Description:

Our programs are dynamically constructed portfolios including primaries, secondaries and co-investments. We build global programs as well as geographically focused programs across the U.S. and Europe & other international markets. The managers we select tend to operate in the small to middle market, where we believe there is often less competition and valuations may be more attractive. We seek to partner with managers that are capacity-constrained or otherwise difficult to access

.Position Overvie

w• Investment due diligence suppor t: Support the investment due diligence process by participating in investment diligence calls, gathering and synthesizing data and information for investment analysis, and assisting the team in preparing memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

.• Conduct research and analysi s: Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to identify and assess potential investment opportunities in the buyouts & growth equity markets. Monitor industry news, research reports, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights to the team

.• Team collaboratio n: Work closely with investment professionals and other CF Private Equity investment teams to support deal execution and investment decision-making. Collaborate with colleagues to share information, insights, and best practices

.• Data managemen t: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of investment transactions, documents, and correspondence

We are currently seeking candidates for a 10-week internship position starting in the summer of 2026. Upon completion of the summer, the individual(s) will be considered for a full-time position upon graduation. This role will work on both primary fund investments as well as co-investment
