**Mine Surveyor**
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mine Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you'll support daily mining operations by collecting, analyzing, and maintaining accurate survey data used for planning, safety, and production. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in mining, surveying, or technical field work---no MSHA certification is required, and we're willing to train the right candidate.
What You'll Do
You'll assist with surface and/or underground surveys, operate surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and data collectors, and help prepare maps, layouts, and reports. You'll work closely with engineers, supervisors, and operations staff to ensure mine layouts are accurate and up to date. Maintaining survey records, checking measurements, and following safety and company procedures will be part of your daily routine.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working both outdoors and in active mine environments. Basic math and computer skills are helpful, along with good communication and the ability to follow instructions. Prior surveying or mining experience is a plus, but not required---we're happy to provide on-the-job training.
Why Join Us
We offer hands-on training, opportunities to build valuable technical skills, and a chance to grow within the mining industry. If you're looking for a stable role with room to learn and advance, this could be a great fit.
