Job Summary

Are you highly detail-oriented and passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities? We’re looking for a proactive Talent Assessment Specialist to join our team! The Talent Assessment Specialist conducts daily interviews to recruit candidates for our various publishing roles. They are responsible for documenting interview outcomes, assigning next-stage interviews, and maintaining back-office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Run interviews with prospective candidates (approximately 8-10 calls daily) following the company’s interview script
  • Label/Sort resumes and assess the potential to fit our Publisher/Account Executive roles
  • Fill in scheduling sheets with interview outcomes and next stage interview assignments
  • Work with colleagues to ensure a seamless interview process from 1st to 2nd interviews and follow through to the hiring process
  • Maintain Back Office by updating statuses or notes for candidates, ensuring that the communications are received by the appropriate next party

Requirements

Skills and Requirements:

  • HS Diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service/recruiting
  • Reliable internet service
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field
  • Experience with Google Suite and MS Office
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Sales recruiting experience
