Responsibilities
- Experience in managing / Leading / Organizing project teams for all SDLC processes to attain shared goals. Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to create and maintain strong working relationships across the enterprise.
- Experience in managing Project Budget/Project CR Requests.
- Willingness to work at KSA permanently or for long periods based on business need.
- Willingness to multi-task and be flexible to take on varied responsibilities.
- Experience with various project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve problems working in collaboration with multiple teams and individuals in reaching organizational goals
- Subcontracting management skills and experience.
- PMP/PMI certification is an advantage.
- Experience in managing projects using low-code development platforms (Outsystems , Appian, Pega, …) is an advantage.
- Experience in Sales & Presales activities is an advantage.
- Experience in Product Management is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field or equivalent working experience
- 5+ PM experience.
- 10+ SDLC experience (Delivery, Business Analyst, Development).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (documentation, presentation, meeting facilitation)
