For one of our European Client; we require Solutions Architect/Technical Project Manager. Our client is specialized in on chain data and analytics and portfolio management and strategy execution. The purpose of the company is the promotion, (further) development and maintenance as well as advice in and enabling access to infrastructure and technologies in the areas of decentralized finance (DeFi) and traditional finance (TradFi),

 

The Company already have a very good organizational structure as well a big team. Now the progressive Management of the Company need a Solutions Architect/Technical Project Manager to lead the Technical team, as Management believes in Power delegation and Decentralization. The incumbent must fulfill the following requirements in order to qualify for this position.

 

 

If you qualify; you will get a chance to work remotely with top of the line Switzerland base Company where you will work with a professional and very competent team. It will be not only a great learning experience, but the job also entails a very good compensation which is up to Euro 5,000/Month for the right candidate. It depends upon the experience. Responsibilities


·        Must have at least 10 years experience

·        BS or MS Computer Science

·        Must have excellent Managerial/Management skills

·        Super tech background and software engineer

·        Needs to have an architect component, don’t need to be the main component, but the person needs to understand and challenge the team

·        Needs to orchestrate the work between front end and back end developers

·        Needs to have the high standard of writing codes and organizing everything

·        Needs to put the best standards of peer reviews

·        Needs to be able to work in a high stress environment for tight delivery

·        The person needs to have a pleasant personality and must empathize with the team

·        Needs to apply software craftsmanship principles (DDD, CQRS...)

·        Must possess knowledge in big data, distributed systems, data bases, singlestore, spark is a big plus

 

·        tech stack front and back: Node.js, nest.js, react, typescript, GraphQL, AWS, Kub8, ECS EKS, ..etc

·        Experience in SOC2 and ISO

  • ·        Must have complete professional command in English Language
