• Generate test plans and define the testing strategy.
• Train new QA staff members in our testing methods and standards.
• Work with software and systems engineering teams to understand requirements and develop and execute test protocols.
• Support the software development lifecycle and integrate new technologies and best practices when appropriate.
• Delegate testing tasks to your team.
• Oversee all testing operations.
• Automate as much of the QA and testing process as possible.
• Report any issues back to the development team.
• Log all test results and issues.
• Identify, plan, and implement areas of impact related to testing automation, CI/CD, etc. leading to improved test frameworks.
• Responsible for managing the overall testing engagements

• +15 years’ experience in Quality, minimum 7+ years leading teams
• +3 Banking Experience is preferred
• +3 Client engagement experience
