Description

We are urgently looking for experienced Safety / HSE Officers for immediate recruitment inside Kuwait.

🛠️ Job Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and systems
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait’s safety laws and client standards (KNPC / KIPIC)
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts; issue corrective actions
• Conduct safety orientation and training for staff and contractors
• Promote safe work practices across all operations

🎓 Required Qualifications

✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field

✔ Minimum 5+ years’ experience in HSE roles (industrial, construction, oil & gas preferred)

✔ KNPC / KIPIC approval highly preferred

✔ Valid HSE certification (NEBOSH / OSHA / IOSH etc.) strongly preferred

✔ Excellent understanding of Kuwait safety regulations and standards

• Strong communication in English (written & spoken)
• Ability to lead and influence safe work culture
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Proven experience with incident investigation and corrective action follow-up
• Familiarity with HSE documentation systems and tools
