Join Lely New Zealand Limited as a Warehouse Operator. This role offers flexible part-time hours and is based in our Hamilton office. As the Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth running of our warehouse operations and administrative functions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Ensuring all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods are carried out accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports on stock levels and movements
• Assist with the processing of sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our warehouse and administrative processes
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Operator.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
• Preferable current working knowledge with complex ERP system (Infor M3 preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Hold a valid forklift license
