Responsibilities
Maintains responsibility for tracking key metrics across a portfolio of IT Learning products and services.
The Product Manager determines product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing service and sales costs;specifying volume, and customized orders
Manages the existing vendor partners and suppliers in terms of course delivery logistics and monitoring of service-level agreements.
The Product Manager evaluates potential suppliers using developed and agreed criteria to support alignment and understanding of the expectations.
The Product Manager monitors and report on the performance of selected vendors to ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics
Manages outward communication to vendors to facilitate understanding and awareness of organizational strategic direction.
Manages the interaction between vendors and internal program delivery leaders to provide adequate visibility of interdependent initiatives.
Manages the balance in vendor relationships to support the achievement of agreed commercial outcomes.
Qualifications
Enough years of product management experience in a startup environment.
Strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
Experience in high-level business discussions, Able to handle executive level discussions and can present in a large crowd.
Organize and control account to ensure to meet all sales target and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
With working knowledge of enterprise product setup and basic knowledge of databases.
Highly motivated to be develop teams and manage ongoing performance of direct reports.
Stay “hungry” and keep abreast with latest technology trend on how it can improve experience of our client.
Experience conceptualizing, evaluating, and negotiating 3rd party strategic partnerships. .
