Typical responsibilities of The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager includes: determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications. Assessing client requirements and ensuring that these are met.

Responsibilities

  • The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager ensures that Corporate Procedures and Standards are properly deployed and managed accordingly.
  • Implementation and maintenance of SOPs to ensure their implementation through training and inspection activities.
  • Audits: Prepares, conducts report internal and external audits.
  • The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager ensures the implementation and enforcement of good practices for the affiliate and third parties contracted.
  • The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager ensures third parties are properly qualified, monitored and processes are compliant with quality requirements.
  • Ensures that the Quality Risk Assessment is performed properly and in time.
  • Gathers, maintains and report KPIs for quality assurance in accordance with corporate QA guidelines.
  • The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager escalates potential issues to Corporate QA.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Internal Auditor, Computer literacy with standard software platforms.
  • Significant experience with data analysis and statistical methods, Extensive experiences in QA produces and processes.
  • Ability to evaluate and synthesize data, Strong aptitude for process thinking.
  • Experience in consistently delivering against agreed timelines, Excellent problem-solving skills and good attention to detail.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing automated test assets across complex, cross browser based applications.
  • Responsible and conscientious, with a result-driven approach.
  • Excellent math skills together with close attention for detail and Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.
  • 3rd party management and quality auditing, Relevant experience as Quality Manager .
