The SAP Developer monitors and maintains SAP system environments for optimum performance and be proactive in identifying potential problems.
The SAP Developer plans and coordinates SAP maintenance activities like OS patching, OS/DB Migration, System copies, upgrades, and releases in coordination with other teams.
The SAP Developer leads the delivery of key aspects of projects within the area of SAP Basis.
Works with functional consultants to document and converts functional requirements into technical specifications and applications.
Participates in the analysis of the business operations to validate requirements and scope, suggest process improvements and assist in level of effort.
Supports end-users acceptance testing activities, and participates in production operations and Release Management support.
Works with the basis team to debugs system issues and root causes.
Researches and promotes the use of the latest technologies running on SAP S/4.
Qualifications
Experience in SAP, including large complex SAP environment projects.
Experience in handling performance tuning issues specific to S4/HANA and HANA.
Experience with SAP system sizing, HANA landscape design, architecture, and setup, data volume management and troubleshooting.
Excellent track record of delivering SAP upgrades, migrations and other SAP Basis related projects.
Hands-on experience in developing and designing custom applications.
Solid debugging skills
Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
