Responsibilities
- The Developer maintains historical records by documenting program development and revisions.
- Ensures operation of equipment by following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions.
- The Developer analyzes requirements and transform them into technical designs.
- Should Write, modifies, and debug software.
- Should Design and develop application components.
- The Developer creates, develops, manages and maintains new programs and software.
- Establish a detailed program specification through discussion with clients.
- Translates software requirements into workable programming code and maintains and develop programs for use in business.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of programming, HTML, all sorts of developer software and experience with relational databases.
- High-level programming and related technical skills.
- Ingenuity and creativity.
- A logical approach to problem solving.
- Analytical capabilities
- Experience of development methodologies, like waterfall and agile.
- Communication skills - including the ability to convey information to non-technical colleagues in a concise and clear way .
- Good understanding in business processes and constraints.
