- Designing processes and procedures for public cloud integration.
- The Cloud Security Expert analyzes security requirements for public cloud implementation and integration.
- Implementation of technological solutions dedicated to the data protection in cloud.
- Integration and configuration of Security as a Service.
- Engaging with the business to build and/or evaluates cloud based solutions while actively driving risk down using industry best practice.
- Contributing, implementing and measuring strategic cloud security programs.
- The Cloud Security Expert must be able to compile information and prepares reports based on both manual and automated sources, and aligns to applicable security strategies and established processes.
- The Cloud Security Expert works with Application Developers, Systems Engineers, and Executives to ensure mitigation of risks identified in cloud based solutions.
- Experience in public cloud environment (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud).
- Knowledge of IT security solutions (Cloud Access Security Broker, Data Leakage Prevention, Multi Factor Authentication, Data Rights Management, etc.)
- IT experience in three or more areas (i.e.public cloud infrastructure, secure application development, virtual network, big data, elastic compute, cloud security)
- Practical cloud information security experience.
- Experience in information management and information technology security design and implementation.
- Demonstrated experience with security event logs from Windows, Unix, intrusion detection systems, network, and remote access solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in creating conceptual, logical and physical security diagrams, Thorough understanding of vulnerabilities and countermeasures.
- Information Security technology/compliance experience
