  • The Director of Operations Identifies new opportunities to add scale and lead discussions with prospective partners.
  • The Director of Operations drives employee engagement and retention; build management depth and ensure succession planning for the function.
  • Involved in all facets of contact center operations, including hiring, training, quality control, reporting and client services. .

Qualifications
  • Experience maintaining and developing operational statistics, financial management information, and results reporting.
  • Ability to take initiative, make decisions and propose strategies and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as with leaders, peers, and clients.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven & with a keen eye on process improvement.
  • Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects in a self-structured and well-prioritized way.
  • Driven, proactive, and self-motivated to be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce/e-marketplaces is not a necessity, but a very strong advantage.
  • Willing to learn about new concepts and methodologies in this constantly evolving industry. .
