The Enterprise Resource Planning ERP Analyst is the business process management software that allows an organization to use a system of integrated applications to manage the business and automate many back office functions related to technology, services and human resources.

  • The ERP Analyst participates in WorkForce Software implementations including requirements gathering, system configuration, and user parallel test.
  • Analyzes data conversion requirements, helps team in preparing for the conversion as required by the WorkForce Software configuration.
  • The ERP Analyst supports WorkForce Software including updating all configurable and programmable capabilities of the Workforce Software.
  • The ERP Analyst creates functional specifications for any new interfaces / changes to existing interfaces between WorkForce Software.
  • Document requirements for configuring WorkForce Software enhancements or new functionality.
  • Develops reporting/queries within WorkForce Software by existing reports, creating custom reports, or querying the database directly.
  • Documents and analyzes requirements ensuring fit with functionality, providing solutions to meet the business need.
  • The ERP Analyst monitors job logs and take corrective action as needed or report to the appropriate team for resolution. .

  • Two or more Global implementations as a Functional expert.
  • Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle .
  • Analytical ability to synthesis data and reporting on metrics.
  • Excellent ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of status, actions, risks and issues and take accountability to resolve issues and actions on time.
  • Good organizational, planning & time management skills.
  • Strong track record and result oriented background.
  • Solid understanding of client and server architectures, legacy and web-based systems. .
