  • The Application Support Analyst provides second-level application software support for multiple products.
  • Managed defect Management project for various Treasury Services applications to track issues.
  • The Application Support Analyst works with vendors on change management, ultimately be fixed in future releases and reduce the number of recurring issues.
  • Provides second level application support on the applications.
  • Analyzes system errors and troubleshoot network, server, and database errors.
  • Supports and troubleshoot software applications including both proprietary and non-proprietary.
  • The Application Support Analyst works and communicate with business critical issues across multiple teams.
  • Analyzes, functional design, troubleshooting, documentation, and testing of updates and defect repairs the system functionality.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an IT Helpdesk / Application or Software Support role.
  • Client facing skills acquired from a Consultancy or Software House
  • Knowledge of server hardware and configurations; particularly Microsoft products.
  • Microsoft Windows (including Windows Server) and basic networking knowledge.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work with limited supervision
  • Desirably educated to degree level
  • Computer proficiency, communication skills, analytical thinking, troubleshooting abilities, accuracy, and teamwork
  • Interest in keeping up to date with the latest technologies .
