- Conducts target-oriented research to directly apply findings to the specification, designs further development, and improvement of products.
- The R&D Engineer delivers well-designed source codes that adhere to device product coding standards.
- The R&D Engineer Participates actively during code reviews to challenge current processes and recommend improvements towards quality and efficiency.
- Attends consistent trainings to improve and expand own technical competencies beyond current scope.
- Shares best practices and knowledge acquired through work to immediate peers and adjacent functional teams within or outside the projects.
- Involved in the systems development cycle that is adhering to essential phases such as design, development, testing, and implementation.

- Software engineering experience in one or more programming languages.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong desire to work in a local and International company.
- Experience working with data analysis, computer programs, and research in an academic or professional setting.
- Experience with stochastic optimization and portfolio optimization related to energy systems.
- Have a product development engineering background, preferably with embedded systems, and some project management experience. .
