  • Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customizations
  • Escalates issues in a timely manner according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • The IT Support Engineer is responsible for database management, programming end of an application.
  • Provides second tier production and staging support for the software infrastructure. .

Qualifications
  • knowledge of database management, different operating systems and different programming languages
  • Complex problem solving skills to brainstorm software solutions,
  • Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration
  • Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software
  • Ability to learn and master employer-specific software
  • Ability to diagnose & address application issues
  • Ability to clearly communicate with clients via different communications means (email, phone etc)
  • Some experience with common scripting languages. .
